Theme: Unleashing Negative Emotions

As we move through the energy of May, Spirit continues to place on my heart the importance of emotional healing and releasing the suffering we carry within.

Many people are holding onto emotions from the past — grief, anger, fear, sadness, disappointment, guilt, or emotional trauma that has never truly been released. These emotions can quietly affect our relationships, physical body, peace of mind, and spiritual connection.

This month is about becoming aware of what no longer serves you and allowing yourself the space to heal.

Healing is not about perfection. It is about allowing emotions to move through us instead of remaining trapped within us.

When we release emotional pain, we create room for peace, clarity, love, balance, and spiritual growth. Spirit reminds us that we do not need to carry these burdens alone.

May this month bring you gentle healing, emotional freedom, deeper awareness, and renewed connection to Divine love.
